When you purchase XPLAN, an IRESS Account Executive (AE) is assigned to your business. The AE works with you to create an Implementation Schedule (project plan) to fully incorporate XPLAN into your business.
The implementation process includes training the staff members who will be responsible for maintaining and administering the software. The AE will also conduct a ‘Needs Analysis’ to determine the training needs of all staff in the business. The AE will co-ordinate training dates, venues and develop agendas relevant to your business.
