CommPay 7.0 includes improvements to General Ledger functionality, and enhancements to Estimates lodged via XPLAN.
CommPay 7.0 was released in December 2010, with all sites due to be upgraded within the coming weeks. The General Ledger functionality introduced in version 6.6 has been enhanced to include an XLS file format data option and better search functionality.
Version 7.0 development has focussed on Estimates lodged via XPLAN, with more subcommission types now available, and improvements made in the corresponding Actuals vs Estimate Report.
General enhancements to reports include improved Hierarchical sub-totalling and RCTI Report Branding, which allows users to customise RCTI reports with their company logo.
Version 7.0 also includes general enhancements in the Mortgage Models and Statement Schemas functions.

- Ability to delete CommPay Client records.
- New Historical Total search and Grouping function to amalgamate historical totals across commission accounts.
- Ability to switch Direct models during a period so that commission can be paid based on one remuneration model over another.
- Policy screen search control with multiple searching options allow you to find policies faster.
- Ability to lodge policies for inactive accounts, allowing you to create and maintain records for those accounts which are no longer active but require reporting.
- Ability to mark a policy as Lapsed.
- Link commission transactions against multiple estimates for better reporting of Actuals vs Estimates.
- New General Ledger search allows administrators to collate and sum transactions based on General Ledger Codes.
- Commission Advances now allow for rolling up the payment to the hierarchical parent, consistent with the Period End functionality.
- You can now apply a set percentage to a commission range for Direct remuneration models.
- Inactive commission links can now be deleted from a commission account, allowing up-to-date referral information maintenance.
- The CommPay Menu options have been restructured, providing better useability.
- Ability to set a minimum EFT transfer amount to specify a minimum payment to Advisers.
- Import Supplier reference codes
- Transaction searchesnow include more status and date options, with the inclusion of a Policy Market Value column.

XPLAN Integration Enhancements (available from XPLAN 1.33 and above)
- You can now lodge commission estimates for the full list of Commission types.
- The CommPay Commission Policy screen is now aligned with XPLAN Analysis screens to report Supplier commission values.
- New policy lodgements can default to Lodged status instead of Pending status.
- New Report: Supplier Commission Reconciliation .
- Performance of the Client and Policy mapping screens has been improved.
- Client partner records are now included in client field searches so the Adviser can view policies and transactions.
- You can now view multiple policies as one rolled-up entity, allowing you to easily total individual components of a policy.
