Andrew Walsh
Managing Director
Andrew took the role of Managing Director in October 2009, after seven years as General Manager of the IRESS Wealth Management division, overseeing the growth and direction of our wealth management business in Australia and internationally.
Andrew founded XPLAN Technology (XPLAN), and from 2003 managed the transition of XPLAN from an independent organisation to a fully integrated division of IRESS Market Technology. Prior to IRESS, Andrew worked extensively in the actuarial, financial planning, and technology industries.

Stuart Bland
Chief Financial Officer
Stuart joined IRESS in 2001. Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions in a range of industries including telecommunications, biotechnology and the wine industry. These senior roles were commercial, financial and M&A focussed. Previous to this, Stuart worked at Coopers & Lybrand for nine years, primarily in their corporate advisory area.

Peter Ferguson
Group General Counsel and Company Secretary
Peter joined IRESS in June 2011. He has many years' experience in international legal and commercial appointments in the financial technology sector, with prior international and domestic appointments including seven years with Nasdaq OMX, located in Stockholm and later Sydney, GBST and SIRCA.

Kirsty Gross
General Manager - Products, Sales and Marketing
Kirsty is responsible for the Product and Account Management teams, and ultimately all client relationships. She is also a specialist in the IRESS trading systems. Kirsty has been involved from the preliminary stages in the marketing and support of IOS.
Kirsty has over fifteen years experience in the information vending industry, including roles with Equinet, Knight Ridder Financial Inc. and IRESS Market Technology. Prior to this, she worked in broking at McIntosh Securities. Kirsty has extensive knowledge of the broking industry and the equities and derivatives markets.

Aaron Knowles
Product Manager - Wealth Management
Aaron is responsible for the strategy, direction and product lifecycle for IRESS' wealth management software, and manages a team of product managers and analysts who look after the various individual products and research services that make up the division.
Aaron joined IRESS in 2004 and has held various positions in client relationship and product areas prior to his current role. He has over 13 years experience with wealth management software and prior to joining IRESS held positions with AXA, National Australia Bank and Legal & General (UK).

Adam Rudy
General Manager - Operations
Adam joined IRESS Market Technology in 1996. His current role as General Manager – Operations encompasses three departments; Help Desk, Market Data (Database) and Operations. The Operations department is responsible for all aspects of the production and development networks.
Adam is also ultimately responsible for customer satisfaction in terms of the timeliness of market data, speed of the trading products and the amount of uptime of server services.

Tizzy Vigilante
General Manager - Wealth Management
Tizzy is responsible for managing the distribution of Wealth Management clients in Australasia, supporting them in the use of our software solutions. Tizzy believes that client service is fundamentally about building relationships based on respect, and she leads by example all the client facing divisions of the business.
Tizzy joined IRESS from VisiPlan in 2007. Prior to working at IRESS, she spent 8 years with IWL Ltd, 4 years as Executive General Manager.

David Walker
Chief Technical Officer
David is responsible for the management of the software development team, network and systems architecture groups. He plays a key role in the design and continued evolution of IRESS Market Technology's software architecture and technical direction.
David worked for IRESS Market Technology between January 1995 and August 1996, developing the first release of the IRESS product. He briefly moved to Tracker Software in August 1996 where he worked on the redevelopment of its contract management software before returning to IRESS Market Technology in April 1997.
